Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped from Wellington, New Zealand.  You will receive an email to confirm shipment of your order and tracking details. Please allow one business day for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Standard and courier post shipping will be through New Zealand Post with basic tracking. Express shipping is through FedEx or DHL depending on your location and has comprehensive tracking information. 

We offer three international shipping options:

- Standard 5-12 business days 

- Courier post 3-10 business days

- Express 1-5 business days

These shipping times are estimates and subject to fluctuate depending on the capacity at International mail sorting centres. 

We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

TAXES / CUSTOMS

 

All taxes, duty and handling fees for your designated country are the responsibility of you the purchaser. None of these costs are included in the purchase price.
